Welcome to Rory M. at rorymitchell.gay (the "Site"). This Site is a dedicated online gallery showcasing original male nude photographic self-portraits created by Rory M. ("I", "me", "my"), celebrating the male form with a particular focus on the posterior. The Site also offers a selection of printed merchandise featuring these artworks.
By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Site.
This Site is hosted on the Wix platform. Your use of the Site is also subject to Wix's Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Nature of Content: Artistic Photography
This Site presents fine art photography. The content is artistic in nature and is not pornographic material.
2.1 Definition of Artistic Photographic Content
The photographs displayed on this Site are original artistic works created as self-portraiture within the established tradition of fine art nude photography. This genre has a rich history spanning the entire development of photography as an art form, from early pioneers through to contemporary practitioners exhibited in major galleries and museums worldwide.

2.3 Self-Portraiture
All nude and semi-nude imagery on this Site consists of self-portraits. I am the sole subject depicted in all nude imagery. As the creator and sole subject, I provide full consent for the creation, display, and commercial use of these images.
No artificial intelligence has been used to generate any imagery on this Site. All photographs are original works captured using traditional photographic methods.
3. Age Restriction and Verification
This Site contains artistic nude and semi-nude imagery intended for adult audiences only. You must be at least 18 years old to access any part of this Site.
By using this Site, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Access to the full gallery requires registration and payment of a £2.00 contribution towards Site maintenance costs. This payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card registered in your own name. The card verification process serves as age verification for access to adult content areas of the Site, in accordance with UK legislative requirements.
Despite the artistic nature of the content, I maintain age restrictions as a matter of responsible practice and to ensure the Site is accessed only by adults who have made an informed choice to view artistic nude imagery.
If I have reason to believe you are under 18 or have provided false information regarding your age, I reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without refund.
4. Account Registration and Membership
To access the full photographic gallery, you must create an account and complete the £2.00 registration payment. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify me immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared with others. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be shared or used by multiple individuals.

The £2.00 registration fee is a one-time contribution towards the costs of maintaining and operating the Site. This fee is non-refundable except where required by law. Upon registration, members receive a £2.00 discount voucher redeemable against any purchase from the Gift Shop.
5. Gallery Access and Content
The Site offers two tiers of access:

Public Portfolios: Selected preview images are available to all visitors without registration. These portfolios contain semi-nude artistic imagery only.

Full Gallery (Members Only): The complete collection, including full nude artistic imagery, is available only to registered members who have completed age verification through the £2.00 payment process.

I reserve the right to add, remove, or modify gallery content at any time without notice.
6. Gift Shop and Purchases
6.1 Products and Fulfilment
​The Gift Shop offers printed merchandise including, but not limited to, canvas prints, bags, hats, stickers, mugs, apparel, and fabric-based homewares featuring selected artwork from the Site.

All products are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners directly to you. I do not hold stock or handle products directly. The quality and production of items is managed by these partners, though I work with reputable suppliers to ensure high standards.
6.2 Pricing and Payment
All product prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Registered members may redeem their £2.00 discount voucher against any Gift Shop purchase. Vouchers are single-use and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.3 Delivery
Products are shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the production time required for your specific items. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. I cannot be held liable
for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6.4 Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
As products are custom-made to order, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to most Gift Shop purchases, as they fall within the exemption for goods made to your specifications.
However, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not match the sample shown, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
To report a fault or issue with your order, please contact me at rory@rorymitchell.gay within 30 days of receiving your item, including photographs of any defects. I will work with you and the fulfilment partner to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site are my original works and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may view and browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not, without my prior written permission, reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or modify any content from this Site in any form or by any means.

Purchasing a product from the Gift Shop grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that physical item for personal purposes. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork.

Digital downloads are not available through this Site. If you are interested in licensing artwork for commercial use or other purposes, please contact me at contact@rorymitchell.gay to discuss your requirements.
8. Acceptable Use
When using this Site, you agree not to:
